stupid comments are flooding this site. Actually, it's kind of cool, but in a way I think that Parkour is overrated. I mean, I do it (amateurly) but don't see that much technique into it, it's more of a personal experience, finding balance and strength, rather than a correct way to do a move or something like that. I mean, am I the only one that feels that after Banileu 13 and the new James Bond Parkour became like a new sort of "Extreme Sport" just a little without the extreme bit?

Parkour is what you make of it ,its your choice your decision,just make sure you do it well, and like all other things in life ,practice,repetition,determination.
Don't be lazy get out there and enjoy life.
