In this debate I am torn, I'm an american; but i'm also mexican. I may have been born in the states but I have family on the other side of the border, my grandparent's parents came from mexico, and I belong to the culture. It's difficult for someone to choose sides, when you are both sides.

Dave, I am a Russian Immigrant. The thing is that your loyalty belongs to your host. Their is nothing of having roots and heritage and all the stuff but when it gets down to an invasion like this...

Rediculous. I am so sick and tired of the Race Card being used as an excuse for every problem in the universe. I love how all the signs and speeches declare that it was their homeland first and they have a right to be here. However, how many people do you know that are mostly white, with native american blood? A whole lot. And who do you suppose made the country so great that they would all want to come here. Ok, so we took Texas and California. WE made it great, and now you want to come here and reap the benifits without having built it yourself. FIX MEXICO, make it great and stay there. The problem isn't legal immigrants, it's the ones who refuse to obey the law. They make US dollars and send them all back to family in Mexico. They are untrackable when they commit violent crimes here. That is why it is a problem, not a racist issue. If you are Mexican and here legally, I will stand by you till the end, but if you decide to bypass the law, then you are not welcome.
