No, actually his ex-girlfriend did. I hear he wouldn't give her back some of her CD's. Said he wanted them for 'sentimental reasons'. Said that they bought a couple of them together. Then there was the lacy undergarments that he 'lost'. But, even with all of that, I would say putting a couple of slugs into him at close range while he was handcuffed was a bit of an overreaction.

In all seriousness, Cap is one of my favorites. I know I'm not alone in saying that he won Civil War. Screw Iron Fascist.

RIP, old soldier. Your fight is over, and ours has just begun.
