My dad did this in Europe for a car show he started. He called it "Auto Rodeo". His show made him a millionaire. He never went this fast, though he could skid into 2 wheel trick. Most of the time he used ramps.

I've done it on a dune buggy

fat tires that are not fully inflated help a ton

as far as maintaining the 2 wheel trick, its a lot like riding a bike. Hard to learn at first, easy once you have the feel of it.
