Isn't this guy supposed to be like a joke in the yoga world? I swear I've seen him before...

Other than that, he might've been trying to relax you by looking funny and doing funny things, unless this is a real yoga video. In that case, I'd be wondering if I could bring this back to the store and get a serious yoga video. (Redundancy?)

omg that guy is creepy. but i read that studies showed a correlation between people who have laughter in their lives and living longer. it's possible that they're only related because people who are better off may have more happiness in their lives and then maybe there is no cause and effect, but who knows.
