Can anyone explain to me why we fork out thousands of dollars for a coffin? The person is dead. They don't care what they are buride in. Save your money and buy a coffin from Costco or better yet bury them in a pine box.

When my parents will die, I'll bury them in the finest (not necessarily the most expensive) coffins I can find because I love them, it's simple as that. It's the reasoning "I love them so they deserve the best".

Now I NEVER have to go to any other store ever again! Not even the day I die.

Put me in a coffin and confine my soul? Screw that idea! Just plant a tree on top of my ashes! The tree will grow to bear fruit. Birds will eat the fruit and crap my ashes all over the land. I will grow in your back yards, I will take over your parks and mountains. I will be everywhere and in everything!!! The birds of the air will be my minions and the earth will be mine and I will devour you all... (Sinister laugh, "Ha, ha, ha, ha...!!!") LOL

I'm going to be buried in a coffin and so will my parents.. I already have them picked out.. I can't stand the thought of burning my mom, and in a casket I can put things that she liked..like a pint of Crown Royal n' stuff
