n May 7th, 2007, Corrales was involved in a three-vehicle accident near his Las Vegas home. He was 29 years old. Corrales was driving a 2007 Suzuki GSXR 1000 motorcycle, traveling northbound on Fort Apache Road in the southwest part of the city, when he recklessly attempted to pass at a high speed. Corrales struck the back of a 1997 Honda Accord, Las Vegas police spokesman Sgt. Tracy McDonald said. "The accident occurred at approximately 7:30 p.m. PDT. McDonald said there was no outward evidence of drugs or alcohol involved. He could not say how fast the motorcycle was traveling".[7] Promoter Gary Shaw said "He's laying there as we speak with a helmet on his head under a sheet," Shaw added: "It appears he was thrown a great distance.

one of the best fights ever, I remember being so excited for the second fight, twas a pity about the wieght issues.

I thaught if anyone was to die in the ring it would be Chico, he was a stubborn bugga, he would take alot of beatings to the head and refuse to stay down.
If not for ringside doctors and refs stopping his fights he would have likley died a while back.
