I started doing tech support back when Windows 95 hit the market. The stories I could tell. From the kid who desoldered a chip from his video card and wanted us to help him put it back, to the guy who reseated his CPU with the system on, the person who touched one of the power supply connections to his tongue to prove it was dead, there's a million more in between even more clueless. IT, especially over the phone, takes brains, imagination, and miles and miles of patience.

^^You deserve to if you don't know how to stop it.

Lots of us (possibly ex) tech support types here. 2 years on the phones for me and yup, WAY too many people like in the video. A lot of "omg, not another one".
