2 cups of flower
1/2 tea spown of salt
1/2 tea spown of bakeing powder
FAT of some sort. 1/4 cup of butter or lard. Lard is best
crumble fat into flower.
3/4 water warm or hot water
Put on
work dough
break into golf ball shape chuncks.
then disk them and roll them into round flat things
teflon pan, Mid to Mid High temp, flip after 8 second and look for coloring to see if pan is right heat.
cook for about 60 to 90 seconds.

I just ate some taco bell so I'm doing fine but I really should start making my own tortillas, and my own food like this, sure its a bit more work and more of a mess but I imagine they taste a shitload better than taco bell. (Blasphamy I know) Entertaining video, however swords, entertaining as watching Robert Rodriguez make tacos was, it was not nearly as entertaining as Sin City.
