The song is most likely Chinese, but it was filmed in Japan. At 0:39 you can see Japanese Hiragana and Katakana writing on the small green sign under "Family Mart", and more at 1:09 and on various other signs throughout.

Besides i've heard that in China Mcdonalds dosn't use Ronald because in China a clown symbolizes death(don't ask me why =P).
