Although you have to ask yourself... what would Russia be like now without Lenin or Stalin? Nowhere near any of the Western countries in terms of economy or industry, thats for sure

Uh without Lenin and Stalin there would have been no Russian Revolution or Civil War or Stalin's purges - tens of millions would not have died. The economy would not have been destroyed as it was after the Revolution and Civil War. The Russian Empire would still exist, including the all territories and population of Ukraine, Belarus, the Baltic provinces, etc.

Russia had one of the highest rates of GDP growth in the world before the Revolution.

Even if, and it's a big IF, Bush is directly responsible for deaths of civilians you simply can't compare those numbers of with those of Hitler and Stalin. So uhm what about JFK is HE also a mass murderer because he started the Vietnam War? What about Harry Truman? What about Jimmy Carter? What about Regan? all mass murderers you say....

Neither did any terrorist leader.
Execute his own people for no reason.
