^It depends on the pressure you've got it set at, but FUCK YES it does.

I dislocated my little finger when I was 17 by getting hit with one from about 50 yards, AND I had gloves on!

5/5- pretty funny - is that an actual paintball course, or is it just some abandoned buildings?

It's an abandoned power-station we found in the desert in ISrael and we play there regularly. And to answer fagbag, yes it does hurt without armor, but it makes it more realistinc and waay more fun!
