^You both fail, the kids asian and even more to the point, in China. Otherwise known as the Land with no traffic laws that are followed. The next picture is of the kid being run over. Skip a couple of frames and the driver is either paying off the relatives or using gaunxi (special relationship) with the police to get off.

Sorry bad drivers are in the top 3 things that piss me off.
