What a strangely compelling picture. She looks as if she is asleep; no blood, or twisted limbs. I find it so sad that such a young and pretty girl was in such despair that she chose to end it in such a way.

As a side note, it`s common practise in Japan to remove your shoes before jumpin` off somethin`. Not really sure why. I tell ya what, I`ll talk to a few people tomorrow and see what I can find out. To my Western ethnocentric mind, it seems kinda redundant. Smashing through someones` roof from 300 feet is a lot less polite than wearing your shoes on their fresh tatami.
