Not all religions are like that. Simply because specific parts of the Christian and Muslim culture are bullheaded does not mean that all forms of religion are not as open to scientific ideas.

The many forms of Buddhism, Confucianism, and many other lesser religions accept scientific thought and even attempt to encompass it into their teachings.

There is also a large difference between science and technology. Even religion can be a form of science; as many parts take what works within society and cast aside the parts that do not, thus refining the theory of social religion.

This was an interesting and slightly amusing analysis although there are faults with this:

A) The analysis lumps all religions together.
B) Most religions were created through trial and error. The indication that any religion can exist without discarding unacceptable means is preposterous.
C) Why are people comparing this to atheism? If anything atheists should be against this; as this lumps all forms of religion together, and atheism is a form of religion. Thus alluding to that even atheism is the illogical belief in something that one individual decreed.
D) This image is OLD; I remember reading this on here a few years ago, I think I`ve just reached the point in which the internet is repeating itself.

Overall, interesting the first time I saw it; however, after careful consideration has lost its appeal.
