Moscow’s spacey Galaxy Building Complex, The “Galaktika”, is in the works. This futuristic piece of real estate will “hover” over the busy intersection of Michurin and Lobachevski streets. It will contain a shopping mall, hotel and restaurants. Parking for 2,500 cars. Maybe a couple of helicopter landing pads too. Construction begins this year and is expected to be completed by 2010. Estimated costs: exceeds $300 million
