"desert storm scudbusters". on 2 august 1990 saddam hussein`s iraq invaded kuwait. the us and un responded by sending a coalition force and the gulf war began. in 1991 hussein knew that he was losing the war, but his mobile scud missiles still posed a military and political threat. the sas (special air service) were called in to hunt and eliminate them.
