we still have content stored in our database that is not viewable by the public - only our staff has access to it - so, if you submitted content to spikedhumor before our new public upload reviews, please be patient for it to show up. if you're not patient, go ahead and resubmit it for the public to review.

i want to touch on grammar and article formatting...
when uploading content to us, please save us the time of editing. capitalize the words in your titles, write thorough descriptions, categorize content properly, and give it the proper age rating(s).
also, until our duplicate-checker is fixed, do an extensive search on spikedhumor before posting material, as it could easily be already on the site!
please only submit quality content with accurate details, so that everything at spikedhumor is consistent.
we're refining the new public upload system to be even better, so sit tight. thanks for all the continued support from our members.
we will be adding a manual download link for videos until we have the flash video system in full working order.
sometime in the next week or so, we'll be tweaking the flash video codec so that video quality will be increased.
the other thing you need not worry about are the video player controls. you'll have all the same features and capabilities as before with the other players.

france and britain have introduced a draft resolution, making it mandatory for iran to cooperate in the suspension of uranium enrichment yesterday.
although no clear sanctions have been mentioned in the draft, it does threaten “to consider such further measures as may be necessary to ensure compliance with this resolution and decides that further examination will be required should such additional steps be necessary.”
it is clear that any kind of action is possible when iran refuses to comply before a deadline, which has not yet been set, but is thought to be in early june.
the us has said that sanctions against iran would be brought either through the security council or individual states or like-minded states acting together.
after meeting with the german bundeskansler angela merkel, bush urged iran to stop the enrichment program to help further world peace.
the resolution would need 9 of 15 votes in the un security council. both china and russia have made clear they have reservations about the new resolution. both nations have the power to veto the resolution.

this news cast illustrates how perceptions of ufo reports are sometimes manipulated by the media. the clip starts with a reporter describing witnesses testimony. nothing wacky, just legitimate concerns about safety, along with reports of many qualified observers (aircraft mechanics, etc.) who observed this apparent unidentified aircraft. they also show people looking to the sky, and taking pictures. then they cut to a bunch of balloons floating in the sky. this is clearly not what was reported by witnesses, and there is no shot panning from the ground scene to the balloons. subtle, and a area of interest inconsequential to most, but this is how they shape our opinions on this (and many other) subjects. and it`s effective. read the comments on the original youtube video.
