software used to make this video is free, its called celestia, available www.shatters.net/celestia/ its really worth downloading and having a play with if you want to get to grips in a fantastic fashion with the solar system and universe. its a great piece of software for getting to understand where you are on the planet, in the solar system, and in the galaxy- a very eye opening piece of code. it also allows you to find various planets, moons, and man-made satallites. it is also quasi-research in nature, in that you can actually give the program scripts and make it do some quite sophisticated stuff.
