a prank call from a radio show to a car dealer about a sexual harassment against his wife. this is one of his better ones.
a british drug dealer tries to run from the cops and fails. he acts like he doesn't care about getting arrested because he's such a tough guy. then he makes the worst escape attempt ever and squeals like a schoolgirl.
the person holding the camera is a russian drug dealer, he supplied heroin and all other equipment. then 8 year old kid overdoses on heroin and dies. the "cameraman", would take the tape and edit it. then go to western multi-million dollar charities and show them tapes asking for medical aid and to start programs to help poor russian boys. he would take the money and rip them off. he was caught though and no longer lives. according to russian police he died from internal injuries "caused by repetative self-inflicting violent throws against the wall". nobody was charged for his death, and few arresting officers were promoted due unrelated actions. but for any real russian, it's obvious how he died.
the man looks quite traditional for their times.

north new hyde park, n.y. - a long island man had to know he would be arrested when he called police to report he had just been robbed during a drug deal that went bad. nassau county police said christopher canonico, 23, of seaford, called at 8:19 p.m. wednesday to say he had just been robbed in north new hyde park. police said canonico was set up by two women who agreed to buy heroin at a local gas station. while they were sitting in canonico's car, a third person with a gun came up to the car and robbed him of $340, a cell phone and wallet. police said canonico is charged with criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance. the women and man with the gun are charged with robbery and other charges. source
