dick cheney you have sat too long for any good you have been doing lately ... depart, i say; and let us have done with you. in the name of god, go! keith olbermann looks back at what cheney has been saying and finds the old pot of poison wrong on all accounts. cheney tried to scare the world into backing his and bushs terrible regime, this is a superb counterblast to an age of paranoia not seen in the west since mccarthyism
in this clip pbs’ bill moyers sits down with the nation’s john nichols and conservative constitutional attorney bruce fein from the american freedom agenda to discuss the crimes and abuse of power by george bush and dick cheney and the need to impeach them both. while nichols and fein come from different ends of the political spectrum, they are in total agreement on this issue. congress must put impeachment on the table because if they do nothing to stop bush and cheney now, we will see future presidents follow in their footsteps which would be a disaster for our country. this is definitely worth a look…
in this interview from april 15th, 1994, dick cheney reveals the reasons why invading baghdad and toppling saddam hussein wouldn't be a great idea. he also stipulates that "not very many" american soldiers' lives were worth losing to take out saddam during the gulf war.

george bush and cheney can now be prosecuted b/c they are out of office. lets hold them accountable so future presidents will have a standard set so they must adhere to the law.
bush and cheney's promotional video. though this one tells the truth which makes it an obviuos fake.
self explanatory.

this is a clip of matt damon and robert deneiro from chris matthews' "hardball". he makes an excellent point on the impracticality of torture.
this is hilarious. just watch it.
bush signs unconstitutional "power grab" presidential directives nspd51 and hspd20, giving him full-dictatorial powers in the event of a loosely defined "catastrophic emergency." _______________________________ the directives define "catastrophic emergency" as "any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the u.s. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government function." it also states, "the president shall lead the activities of the federal government for ensuring constitutional government." in other words, the president gave himself the sole power and duty to interpret the constitution anyway he chooses, and neither congress nor the public shall be allowed to debate or disagree on such matters. right now, the only thing standing between the united states` constitutional republic and bush/cheney`s apparent desire to rule with an iron fist is a lesser event than that of 9/11.
with dick cheney`s admission that he authorised the use of torture including water boarding, should he be prosecuted as a war criminal? it makes no difference what provoked him to do such a thing and to invoke the 911 attacks as a reason or excuse does not carry any muster. their is no and can never be; a reason to commit warcrimes. that is what our social fabric is held together by, isn`t it?
star wars photoshop competition.
find out who blinks most during the state of the union address.
