you are probably more anxious than ever for spiked 2.0 and we can finally give you some accurate information now that we've had more time to troubleshoot the beta issues which you wonderful users brought to our attention since the beta release.
thursday will be our official live release date (so friday can be a precautionary day devoted to ensuring optimal functionality of spiked 2.0), but if we don't manage to release spiked 2.0 by then, worst case scenario, this monday will be the official launch date.
we greatly appreciate your help with diagnosing problems with our beta, and your patience, while we migrate the latest and great version of spikedhumor to the spiked domain, which will result in the greatest entertainment web site on the planet being made available.
please post any bugs you come across in the comments below, or take advantage of our forums and post under the spikedhumor feedback forum. with your help, we can meet our thursday deadline. thanks!

with the arrival of the glamorous, new spikedhumor 2.0 we feel it necessary to give something(s) back to the users. therefore, we will be having multiple drawings every month starting with an extreme green laser for the start of this month. read here for more details on that. we thank you for putting up with the hardware failures and the growing pains with spiked 2.0. we should have those solved by this week. gather all the experience points you can because the prizes will only get better as time goes on. good luck to all!
