Not really, he uses a lot of common tricks to get stars, a lot I used to use back when I played it, however this video should not be respected because of his use of exploits!

There is no way possible w/o the two exploits he uses at around the 14 and 17 minute marks. Thats totally lame.

That is so edited. You guys realize that he could easily go after each star as many times as he wanted to and edit only the perfect runs together? I have no doubt that there are people who could really play this good, but just because its a video means nothing.

His moves are pretty l33t tho :)

Anyone out to disprove these videos are just jealous that they didn't make the video first, or more likely because they aren't as skilled as the person who did. Don't tug on Superman's cape.

I agree with Badger that you guys are just jealous. I don't think that it was edited, because I see a few places where he slightly messed up. If he messed up, he would have edited it. But he didn't, so that means he just has the video the way it was. Such as how he bumps the wall when trying to get into the secret slide. And how he take a bit longer down the slide than he did before. The hard looking stuff isn't really that hard once you practice. Have you ever heard of the saying "practice makes perfect"? I think not. :|

Anything the developers were too lazy to fix is fair game.

I agree with saluk that this could be edited.

And Nintendo Fan, the reason I belive he did not have perfict runs in the "real world" is becuase if he was to edit his runs and redo his walk to the next level he would have to simulate compleating the level for the first time and gaining a star.

Is this legit!?
I cannot say that it is juding by the video, but I do belive that there are people out there that can play like that.

Would it be legit including the exploits? I'd have to say no. The game intedned you to be able to compleat it with 71 stars, he did not compleat that task and thus did not acomplish defeating the game.
Just my opinion.
Jealous? not really, I don't want to play a game like mario untill perfection.

He can play it thats for sure, but using glitches is like using cheats, completing it easier or faster, I'ts not completing it the way it was meant, video editing wasnt used as far as I know if it was he's a total lamer not a gamer
