All talk aside, let`s see you define something differently and make it happen with your mind alone ... like your molecular structure not being affected by the oncoming molecular structure of a speeding truck.

Quantum `science` ... what a joke. Modern day Buddhists are doing enough to ruin the good name of Buddhism with their misunderstanding of reincarnation. You`re not helping.

the author of the video said this :"reality is defined by the mind that is observing it"
a star went supernova 7.5 billion year ago a time when the universe was less than half its current age and Earth had yet to form. This is more than halfway across the visible universe. the light from the explosion reached earth on March 19 2008 .there was no consciousness to define the reality at the time of the explosion yet we say nothing we didn`t expect like the double slit experiment said we would.
so because there was no observer at that time the light and radiation should have acted in a different way. but it didn`t.
ps:when ppl want something to be true they will find prof for it everywhere but at the expense of logic and reason.
this is how religion works on the human mind and that`s why we have ppl like the guy who said that the banana`s shape is prof that god exists :))

The mind constructs an image of whats "out there". It literally creates "reality" for us. Nothing proves thats the way it really is or if theres even is such a thing as objective reality.

If our minds would have evolved differently then we would experience "reality" differently.

Strange as it may seem, the double slit experiment proves that the simple act of observing does effect the quantum states of a particle. To what extent this causes a change in "reality", We dont know. It`s quite paradoxical since we can`t know the state of something with out observing it and there fore effecting it.

it has been shown that attention can affect electronic random number generators, etc. The problem with trying to affect things in `reality` (outside your dreams/head) is you come into the world where all the rest of us humans are. you have to deal with our attention and our group attention and our national attention and your racial attention, etc, etc. The first step to global change is personal change though. the more you give your attention away to the rest of the worlds problems the more you perpetuate them.

joy/love > fear/anger

we are not short of energy or food or money or medicine; we just don`t know how to share. The first step to global change is personal change though.

what he`s saying is that matter exists one way or the other its the way our minds preceve it that difines how we interact with things. ofcourse your molecular structure will be affect by the truck because our minds and the the way our existance precives it that way but as u should now that matter can not be destroyed or created only changed, now the fact that everthing comes from the quantem field and re-enters it means just this. The fat that some can be everywere at any single moment spawns the theory of paralel realities. ;)

Yes I understand what he`s saying. No I do not believe his theories, experiments, data or problem solving abilities are accurate or anywhere near enough to actual fact. And no I don`t buy into quantum physics, despite the apparent brilliance behind the minds researching it, it just seems like spiritualism with a scientific label.

What you`re talking about is Matrix style philosophy. I encourage it as a means of expanding one`s mental capacity, but not as a valid explanation of reality.

It`s fun to dream, I know, and I used to study this sort of thing for that very reason. But the deeper you delve into what life really is, the more you understand why this sort of reality just cannot be (unfortunately, because it would be awesome if it was real).
